7. Resurrection Cemetery – Justice, IL

Officially opened in 1912, this Roman Catholic cemetery is the resting place for Illinois’ most infamous ghost, Resurrection Mary. She reportedly got into an argument with her boyfriend and decided to walk home when she was later struck by a car and killed. Since her death, there have been numerous sightings of her around the cemetery and near the side road where she reportedly asks drivers for rides. Spooky!
