15. Sturdivant Hall

The Sturdivant Hall in Selma, Alabama, was once owned by a man named John McGee Parkman who bought it in 1864. Unfortunately for him, he was arrested and imprisoned after the Civil War for cotton speculation. He tried to escape and was shot, and when his wife was forced to sell the home his ghost started to appear and haunt the grounds. People report seeing him to this day, as well as having issues with doors and windows opening and closing when no one else is around. Do you believe any of this – or not?
