15. You Can Trust Them
Let’s say you go on vacation. You might need somebody to watch Fido while you’re away and a neighbor makes an ideal person to do that. Hopefully, you’re moving in next to trustworthy people. Not that they’ll rob you, obviously, but you also don’t want to get the impression that your neighbors are going to rifle through your medicine cabinet while you’re lounging on the beach.
