6. The Willowbrook Tests

For a period of fifteen years, Dr. Saul Krugman conducted a series of dubious experiments on the children at Willowbrook school. He “deliberately infected mentally disabled children who were confined at Willowbrook School”. But wait, it gets worse. In one experiment, the test subjects were fed excrement that was loaded with hepatitis B. Even worse than that, Krugman won a boatload of awards and recognition for the despicable project. He died a titan in the field.
