10. On Terrorist Competition

One of the better moments in Trump’s announcement speech was his claim that the terrorists are taking over the world. “Islamic terrorism is eating up large portions of the Middle East,” he said. “They’ve become rich. I’m in competition with them. They just built a hotel in Syria. Can you believe this? They built a hotel.” No, ISIS is not in competition with Trump (okay, but they do have a hotel … kind of). What’s more, far from reaping riches, ISIS is actually in the process of getting their butts kicked by encroaching enemy forces. I guess they’ll need to take to the hotel business if things keep up like they have been.
