One of the most obvious bits about springing forward is that you’re going to be enjoying longer days and (inherently) more sunlight. Beyond just feeling good, though, sunlight is actually good for you. A sensible amount of sunlight provides Vitamin D and can improve your mood. It can also help reduce your risk factor for certain cancers.
