Anyone who reports promptly to a cubicle five days a week knows that 9 o’clock in the morning is a simply unreasonable time to be forced to show up at work. Sure, 9 o’clock seems fair, but when you have to be up at the crack of dawn just to get to work on time, it’s nothing short of torture. Well, Daylight Savings Time is a built-in excuse to sleep in an hour later. It might be a flimsy excuse, but who’s going to get angry because you made an “honest mistake.”
