7. William Butler Yeats

Irish poet William Butler Yeats was aloof in his social interactions and even had problems reading and writing. He performed poorly in school, and his parents were convinced he would never amount to anything. He had trouble fitting in with others and was bullied, which led him to retreat into his own world and get lost in his vivid imagination.
