3. Albert Einstein
The German-born physicist was content with being a loner as a child and reportedly repeated the same sentences over and over until he reached the age of seven. Later in life, he acquired close friends and many lovers, but despite it all, some choose to believe that the scientific genius was autistic. He wasn’t one for small talk and his lectures were convoluted and difficult to follow – both of which could be signs that he was on the spectrum.
