6. Assume Sex Is in the Cards
The date may go really well, and you may end up getting lucky. But assuming that the night will end in a romp in the sack is a bad idea. If there’s a mutual spark and connection, you will have plenty of time for that kind of fun later. Let the first date lay the groundwork for a more lasting relationship.
7. Constantly Check Your Phone
We spend so much time with our smartphones that they might as well be an appendage. Even so, the first date is not the time to show off your technology addiction. Despite what you think, you can survive a few hours without checking Facebook and texting your friends. Save the screen time for when you’re not face-to-face with someone.
