6. Crying
Crying can sometimes be cathartic, but if you start boo-hooing in the grocery store or on the car ride home, you could be overwhelmed by life’s stresses. After you experience a downpour, do something nice for yourself like taking a bath or going out for a walk. Uncontrollable crying is one of the surefire signs you are stressed out, so do your best minimize the triggers that are bringing you to tears.
