5. Insomnia
The problem with insomnia is that is only adds to the stress you’re feeling. It’s one of nature’s cruelest jokes that just perpetuates the problem. Once you begin to suffer sleepless nights, you need to do something to combat your stress in the daytime. Try natural sleep remedies like chamomile tea or eating almonds or a banana before bed. You should also reduce your intake of spicy food at night, which can keep you awake. Turn off electronics including the tv, tablet or smart phone well before bedtime as the blue light can mess with your circadian rhythm. Getting a good night’s sleep is better than any drug out there.
