4. Irritability
If you find yourself becoming snappy, enraged and irritated by things that don’t normally bother you, it’s one of the sure signs you are stressed out. If your partner starts looking at you like you have a third eye or your colleagues duck when you enter the room, you might have a mood issue. When you’re feeling increasingly frustrated about little things and you can’t seem to find your smile, you need to take a long walk or spend some time doing something you enjoy to reduce that irritable feeling. Lashing out at others is never a good idea.
