3. Tummy Aches
Many people monitor their stress by the way their tummy feels. Some people are prone to belly aches or other digestive problems when they are overwrought with responsibilities. When you’re suffering from a bout of stress and you begin to experience those unpleasant digestive woes, eat some yogurt, drink some green tea and do whatever you need to do to de-stress until your problem clears up. Otherwise the tummy troubles will just add to your stress-levels.
