3. Kilo Has a Wonderfully Thick Skull

Kilo the pitbull lives in New York with her owner Justin Becker. When a gunman posing as a FedEx delivery man burst into Becker’s apartment, Kilo courageously swooped in to defend her person. Unfortunately, the gunman got off three shots, one of which hit Kilo in the head. A mere bullet couldn’t keep her down, though; it ricocheted off her head and she was up and around in a few days.
