10. Tang Is An Old School Hero

Here’s an oldie, but a goodie. Tang was a Newfoundland dog working on a ship in 1919 when the crew ran up against a terrible snowstorm. When the ship crashed, Tang jumped into the frigid waters with no thought for himself and pulled almost the entire 93-person crew ashore with merely a rope in his mouth and an indomitable spirit.
