2. Plot Point Oopsie

Whilst we’re still on Jurassic Park, one major plot point was the fact that in order to reconstruct the dinosaur DNA, frog DNA was used to make up the missing sequences. Unfortunately frogs are so loosely related to dinosaurs that humans are actually closer, not to mention birds. The idea of using frog DNA is laughable! Ha! Pure fantasy! (They expect us to believe this nonsense!) However, they needed to use a species which was able to switch sex, thereby allowing the dinosaurs to reproduce, hoping the audience wouldn’t be up on all this science stuff.
