9. Michael Grimm (R-N.Y.)

One time, in the middle of an on-screen interview, the (former) Representative from Staten Island was asked a probing question about his fishy campaign finance practices. The Representative responded, “You ever do that to me again, I’ll throw you off this f*cking balcony … I’ll break you in half. Like a boy.” It doesn’t get much more chilling than that. In total fairness, Grimm is no longer in office, thanks to an indictment with more than 20 criminal charges attached to it (including tax fraud). Following the indictment and subsequent conviction, Grimm resigned to spend more time with his cell mate.
