8. Kelly Keisling (R-Tenn.)

The (male) state representative from Tennessee might not be a household name, but that’s probably because his ability to see through the cracks is holding him back. For example, at one point, he sent an email to every one of his constituents explaining that the Obama administration had attempted to induce nationwide minority riots by staging a failed assassination attempt and blaming it on white supremacists. Of course, it never happened because state rep Kelly Keisling blew the lid off the whole thing. Like a hero.
