For some malicious reason, both Burger King and McDonald’s decided to put out a black burger at the same time (Halloween tie-in? Goth fashion decision?). While McDonald’s was largely forgotten, Burger King’s is gross on a whole new level. The burger and the onions are dyed with squid ink, and even the cheese is black on this one. No wonder it never made it past it’s Japanese trial run.
