Thick crust or deep-dish pizza overstuffed with sausage, pepperoni and cheese is so delicioso, it seems like the perfect food to hang out with on a weekend when you need a little caloric comfort. Sadly, stuffed pizza is loaded with unhealthy fats and packed with calories that can compromise your health. You’d better ditch the processed meats and opt for cauliflower crust. Sigh.
